dinner in 30 minutes

Fresh Broccoli &Chicken Pasta Toss
Ingredients


  • 2-1/2 cups multi-grain penne pasta, uncooked
  • 3 cups small broccoli florets
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Lite House Italian Dressing
  • 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups spaghetti sauce
  • 1 cup KRAFT 2% Milk Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Preparation

Cook pasta in large saucepan as directed on package, omitting salt and adding broccoli to the boiling water for the last 3 min.
Meanwhile, heat dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium heat. Add chicken and garlic; cook 5 min. or until chicken is no longer pink, stirring occasionally. Stir in spaghetti sauce; cook 5 min. or until chicken is done, stirring occasionally.
Drain pasta mixture; return to pan. Add chicken mixture; mix lightly. Top with cheese.

Parmesan Pasta with Chicken &Broccoli
Ingredients

  • 8 oz. pasta, uncooked
  • 3 cups fresh broccoli florets or 1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen broccoli florets
  • 1 clove garlic, minced or 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 pkg. (6 oz.) OSCAR MAYER CARVING BOARD Flame Grilled Chicken Breast Strips
  • 3 Tbsp. butter, margarine or olive oil
  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
Preparation
Cook pasta as directed on package in large saucepan, adding broccoli during last 5 minutes of cooking time; drain.
Cook and stir garlic and chicken breast strips in butter in same saucepan on medium heat 1 to 2 minutes or until garlic is tender but not brown and chicken is heated through.
Add pasta and broccoli; toss lightly. Sprinkle with cheese; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
