KINDER PINGUI CAKE...:):):)

Who can resist a Kinder PINGUI cake?This is the perfect cake for everybody children and adults,especially in these almost summer days.It's very easy to prepare,(recommended for birthdays and special occasions for your children) .
Ingredients:
Dough:

10 eggs
5 tablespoons flour
5 tablespoons semolina
5 tablespoons honey
200 g sugar
50 ml milk
250 ml oil
5 tablespoons cocoa
2 sachets of vanilla sugar
15 g baking powder
a pinch of salt
Cream:
700 ml liquid cream or cream for whipped cream

CLASSIC SPANISH PAELLA

Real Spanish paella is a rich, smoky creation: denser than a pilaf, drier than a risotto, and arguably more satisfying than both.Nourishing, vibrant, and without pretension, paella has held a place of honor and practicality in every home for centuries. To round out this meal, choose a good red wine , a crusty baguette, and a light salad..
Ingredients
3 cups bomba or calasparra rice(arborio risotto works as a substitute)
8 cups chicken stock


1 large onion diced
3 garlic cloves
1 large bell pepper diced
10 -15 flat green beans
4 plum tomatoes, diced
0.5(4 ounce) can tomato paste
15 large shrimp (feel free to add clams, calamari, prawns or mussels)
2 -3 lbs rabbit
4 links chorizo sausages, frito sliced into 1 inch pieces
1⁄2 cup fresh parsley

MEXICAN TACOS &TORTILLAS

TACO SALAD
This vegetarian Frito Taco Salad It’s full of tomatoes, onions, cheese, lettuce and beans and has crunchy Fritos mixed in.To make this salad, you’ll cut the tomatoes and onions ahead of time and allow them to marinate in the French dressing mixture for a few hours. Right before serving time, add the kidney beans and cheese to some cut up lettuce. Then add the tomato, onion and dressing mixture. Put the crushed Fritos in right at the last minute. This salad is best served right after mixing, so only make as much as you’ll eat at one time.
Serve up this salad to your family this upcoming picnic season!
This vegetarian Frito Taco Salad comes together quickly by using bottled dressing. It's full of tomatoes, onions, cheese, lettuce and beans and has crunchy Fritos mixed in!

Ingredients

1 head iceberg lettuce
4 Roma tomatoes, diced
½ cup chopped onion
½ cup French dressing
⅔ cup Catalina Sweet & Spicy dressing
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 cups Fritos corn chips, slightly crushed
Instructions
Cut the head of lettuce into bite-size pieces. Place the lettuce in a bowl and refrigerate until serving time. In a small bowl, combine the Roma tomatoes, onions and dressings.

2 teaspoons salt-reduced soy sauce, plus 1 tablespoon extra

oil spray, to grease
1 onion, cut in thin wedges
1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes

2 small red capsicums, deseeded, thinly sliced
2 tablespoons chopped roasted peanuts, to garnish

Ingredients

1 red onion, thickly sliced
2 red capiscums, halved

1 1/2 cups quinoa
3 cups vegetable stock (make with 3 teaspoons stock powder)
3 tablespoons fresh basil, roughly torn
6 tablespoons balsamic dressing (make a dressing using 3 parts balsamic to 1 part olive oil)
Instructions

Preheat oven to 200ÂșC. Place vegetables in a lightly-greased ovenproof dish. Spray with oil

Instructions
Heat oven to 350 degrees. In a medium bowl, beat the brownie mix, butter, cream cheese, and egg. The dough will be a little sticky. Scoop the dough onto an ungreased cookie sheet, making about 24 cookies. Smooth the edges of each to form a round cookie.

1. Smoothies 
Smoothies are a godsend for people looking to get more plant based nutrition. But lets get real: prepping, cooking, and chewing through boring vegetables is a hassle.   • 1 medium tomato
  • 1 medium carrot
  • ½ beet (peeling optional)
  • 1 cup/handful parsley
  • 1 thumb sized hunk of ginger

1 medium stalk of celery and/or 1 cup/handful of spinach
You get nearly a pound of vegetables in you that will keep you full for hours, and it’s only ~150 calories. 
2. Canned Salmon  
If you’re not a cooker, getting enough protein is always a challenge. One of the best ways to meet your protein requirements is with canned fish . Add some lemon juice, salt, pepper, and a tbsp of olive oil to give it some texture and flavor. Or try throwing in some hummus and chopped celery or peppers.  
3. Asparagus Asparagus is a choice green vegetable for fitness models because it’s nutritious as well as slightly diuretic to help your kidneys flush out the system. It’s also stupidly easy to prep. Just brush a bunch in olive oil and throw it in a toaster oven for ~10 minutes or fry it on a skillet.

4. Eggs and Egg Whites  
Eggs are arguably the best source of nutritious protein you can find, and prep wise they’re about as easy as it gets. I like to add liquid egg whites to the mix to up the protein ratio. Just throw a little butter in a skillet and fry them up, or scramble them, it doesn’t matter. You can chop up some produce like tomatoes or avocado and dump it in the mix to add some flavor.  
5. Crockpot Chicken Breast

Chicken is cheap, filling, high protein, and low calorie.
However, making decent tasting and tender chicken breast is very easy with a crock pot. You literally just stack in 4 or so breasts, season with some salt and pepper, and put it on high for 2.5-3 hours. You don’t need to marinate or anything like that, because the chicken will simmer in it’s own juice and come out very tender.

COSMOPOLITAN,DAIQUIRI & WHISKEY SOUR


Whiskey Sour, Margarita, Daiquiri. have something fundamental in common: they're all sours. Sours are fundamental cocktails. Take a base spirit, add citrus, and polish it off with a sweetener, usually (but not always) triple sec. Tweak the balance as you will, but sours made well are always delicious. Sours are fundamental cocktails, and the Cosmopolitan is, simply stated, the best Vodka Sour around.
COSMOPOLITAN


Ingredients

  • Ice
  • 1 1/2 ounces citrus-flavored vodka
  • 1/2 ounce triple sec (Cointreau, preferably)
  • 1/2 ounce cranberry juice
  • 1/4 ounce lime juice (fresh, fresh, fresh; no Rose's)
  • Orange twist, for garnish
Procedures

Fill a cocktail shaker with ice. Add vodka, triple sec, cranberry, and lime, and shake well. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with orange twist.

DAIQUIRI

Two things you'll probably notice about this daiquiri:
1. It's not frozen.
2. It's not laden down with strawberries, bananas, mangoes or what have you.

.A cocktail is called "a stimulating liquor, composed of spirits of any kind, sugar, water, and bitters..
MARTINI


Within reason, you can mix this one up however you want, and it's still a martini. Make it extra wet with equal parts gin and vermouth. Make it ultra dry with merely a wisp of vermouth. Shake. Garnish with an olive, a lemon twist, an onion, a slice of cucumber.Nowadays it's typical to order one of these in a bar and be given a glass of something clear and cold. With all due respect, that's not a martini, a martini required vermouth—a lot of it, much of the vermouth making its way into martinis was of the sweet Italian variety rather than French dry
Ingredients
2 ounces dry gin
1 ounce dry vermouth
1 dash orange bitters (optional, but highly recommended)
Procedures
Combine ingredients in a mixing glass and fill with ice. Stir well to chill and strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Twist a piece of lemon peel over the drink and use as garnish, or, if you must, toss in an olive.

Preparation

Coconut Cream Cake


I am a huge coconut lover, but if you don’t like coconut you could leave it out and stick with vanilla, add some other extracts or fresh berries on top.Mmmmm

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup applesauce
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 tsp vanilla

Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9×13 pan with non-stick spray.
In an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar until fluffy. Add in applesauce and eggs. Mix in buttermilk and vanilla.

Preparation

Caprese is the most easy way of preparing appetizers simply,fresh and delightful....Here are 2 recipes for preparing Caprese
All you need is

1-First up is Caprese, probably the simplest and tasiest salad you can make. Just slice some mozzarella, tomato, season with sea salt, pepper and a little dried oregano. Drizzle with olive oil and serve with plenty of basil.

3/4 cup olive oil
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 lb 2 oz (18 oz) fresh pappardelle or tagliatelle
1 3/4lb skinless Smoked Trout fillets, flaked into large chunks
Parmesan, for grating

Yorkshire pudding & Hot bananas

4 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
4 tablespoons vegetable oil
Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 425
2. In a blender, put in the 4 eggs, milk, flour, and salt and blend. Remove mixture from blender and place in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

Pea &Goat Cheese Frittata

Ingredients

1 1/2 tbsp butter
8 slices of smoked bacon(chopped)
7 oz peas (be sure they are thawed)
a few basil leaves(roughly sliced)
8 large eggs,beaten
5 oz goat cheese log with rind
black pepper and sea salt
Parmesan cheese grated
large handful of arugula leaves
2-3 tbsp Classic Vinaigrette
Preparation:
Preheat your oven broiler to it's higher setting.Get a large skillet and melt the butter and cook the bacon until they become golden brown

Raspberry souffle` is a delicious meal made from raspberries, eggs and Amaretto biscuits. 
Ingredients

  •  1 1/2 c. raspberries
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar 
  • 1 vanilla bean, split 
  • 2 large egg whites 
  • Incing sugar to dust
  • 2/3 c. milk 
  • 1/2 c. heavy cream
  • 1 tbsp flour
  •  3 egg yolks 
  • 3-4 Amaretto biscuits 
  • 1 tbsp brandy 
  • 3 tbsp butter 
  • 4 tbsp grated chocolate

This is a recipe that looks complicated and fancy,but is actually pretty simple.Just follow the directions below for a fantastic meal.
Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme
  • 1/2 cup pistachios with shells removed
  • 1/2 cup ground sausage
  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 1 boneless chicken thigh or skin optional
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/3 cup sherry vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Marsala
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth

Preparation
1. Combine sausage ,pistachios,thyme,parsley,and a dash of both salt and pepper all together in a bowl.Place the mixture onto the center of the chicken and roll the chicken over until it covers majority of the stuffing .Set aside.
