I don't know if you have ever been to Greece,but i can bring to you some specialties from Greek cuisine..In Greece they eat generally well being Mediterranean cuisine , the restaurants and taverns prepare food on the spot. Here is the recipe of classic Moussaka for those who want to sample the culinary delights :
MOUSSAKA
This is a basic easy recipe I Moussaka is a casserole made by layering eggplant with a spiced meat filling then topping it off with a creamy bechamel sauce that is baked to golden perfection.This eggplant version is the traditional rendition, however you can also layer in potatoes, zucchini, or whatever vegetables you prefer
Ingredients
3-4 eggplants, about 4 lbs. total
1 lb. potatoes
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef (or lamb)
2 large onions, finely diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup red wine
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
1 tsp. ground cinnamon
1/4 tsp. ground allspice
1 cup tomato puree (or crushed tomatoes)
2 tbsp. tomato paste
1 tsp. sugar
Salt and pepper to taste
2 cups plain breadcrumbs

ITALIAN PASTA & RICE SALAD
In these hot summer days sometimes we find difficult what to prepare for launch.But don't worry ,when i went to visit Italy i proved pasta salad and also rice salad.I found them do delicious and easy to prepare.Here are the 2 recipes
RICE SALAD
ingredients
Garlic Vinaigrette (recipe follows)
3 cups cooked, slightly warm basmati rice*
1 cup chopped red, green and/or orange sweet pepper
1 6 - ounce jar quartered marinated artichoke hearts, drained
1/3 cup chopped red onion
1/4 cup raisins
2 tablespoons drained capers
Organic mixed salad greens, torn romaine
Fresh basil leaves

CLASSIC ITALIAN LASAGNA
This is without a doubt the best lasagna ever .The classic recipe so simple ,easy and so delicious and so outstanding.Try this recipe and i bet that all you will love the lasagna.;):)

KINDER PINGUI CAKE...:):):)
Who can resist a Kinder PINGUI cake?This is the perfect cake for everybody children and adults,especially in these almost summer days.It's very easy to prepare,(recommended for birthdays and special occasions for your children) .
Ingredients:
Dough:
10 eggs
5 tablespoons flour
5 tablespoons semolina
5 tablespoons honey
200 g sugar
50 ml milk
250 ml oil
5 tablespoons cocoa
2 sachets of vanilla sugar
15 g baking powder
a pinch of salt
Cream:
700 ml liquid cream or cream for whipped cream

CLASSIC SPANISH PAELLA
Real Spanish paella is a rich, smoky creation: denser than a pilaf, drier than a risotto, and arguably more satisfying than both.Nourishing, vibrant, and without pretension, paella has held a place of honor and practicality in every home for centuries. To round out this meal, choose a good red wine , a crusty baguette, and a light salad..
Ingredients
3 cups bomba or calasparra rice(arborio risotto works as a substitute)
8 cups chicken stock
1 large onion diced
3 garlic cloves
1 large bell pepper diced
10 -15 flat green beans
4 plum tomatoes, diced
0.5(4 ounce) can tomato paste
15 large shrimp (feel free to add clams, calamari, prawns or mussels)
2 -3 lbs rabbit
4 links chorizo sausages, frito sliced into 1 inch pieces
1⁄2 cup fresh parsley

TACO SALAD
This vegetarian Frito Taco Salad It’s full of tomatoes, onions, cheese, lettuce and beans and has crunchy Fritos mixed in.To make this salad, you’ll cut the tomatoes and onions ahead of time and allow them to marinate in the French dressing mixture for a few hours. Right before serving time, add the kidney beans and cheese to some cut up lettuce. Then add the tomato, onion and dressing mixture. Put the crushed Fritos in right at the last minute. This salad is best served right after mixing, so only make as much as you’ll eat at one time.
Serve up this salad to your family this upcoming picnic season!
This vegetarian Frito Taco Salad comes together quickly by using bottled dressing. It's full of tomatoes, onions, cheese, lettuce and beans and has crunchy Fritos mixed in!
Serves: 8 servings

½ cup French dressing
⅔ cup Catalina Sweet & Spicy dressing
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed
1½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
4 cups Fritos corn chips, slightly crushed
Instructions
Cut the head of lettuce into bite-size pieces. Place the lettuce in a bowl and refrigerate until serving time. In a small bowl, combine the Roma tomatoes, onions and dressings.
